Completed Work
A sample of completed jobs across Port St. Lucie, Stuart, and the Treasure Coast. Every project is permitted and inspected where required by Florida code.
Homeowner had a 100-amp Federal Pacific panel with tripping breakers and no capacity for a new AC unit. We replaced it with a 200-amp Square D main breaker panel, pulled the required St. Lucie County electrical permit, and passed final inspection.
Complete bathroom addition for a Stuart homeowner — supply lines, drain and vent rough-in, shower valve, toilet flange, and vanity connections. All work done to Florida Plumbing Code under license CFC1431415.
Full kitchen remodel coordination: new dedicated circuits for appliances, GFCI outlets at countertops, relocated sink drain and supply lines, and under-cabinet lighting. Electrical and plumbing permits pulled and closed.
New commercial tenant space required full electrical rough-in: panel installation, branch circuit wiring, lighting layout, exit and emergency lighting, and final trim-out. Coordinated with the general contractor through all inspection phases.
Homeowner lost power for five days after a hurricane and wanted a permanent solution. We installed a Generac air-cooled standby generator on a concrete pad, ran the gas line, installed the automatic transfer switch, and completed the St. Lucie County permit and final inspection.
Jensen Beach homeowner converted a garage into a living space with no existing ductwork. We installed a single-zone ductless mini split, ran a dedicated 240V circuit from the main panel, and pulled the mechanical and electrical permits required by Martin County.

We hold four active Florida contractor licenses covering electrical (EC13009338), plumbing (CFC1431415), HVAC (CAC1825103), and general contracting (CGC1529107). That means one company, one call, and one accountable team for projects that cross trade lines — kitchen remodels, additions, generator installs, and full build-outs.
We are an Authorized Generac Dealer and install whole-house standby generators across Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, Palm City, Hobe Sound, and Vero Beach. Every installation is permitted and inspected.
